Divided Worlds
This animated content piece displays the showdown between Zod and Seg-El. I edited, silhouetted the two photos (originally studio shots) and manipulated the lighting. I then brought into After Effects to animate a flame divider, inspired by the fire imagery from the brand’s look.

My video received press on editorial websites like Comic Book, CBR, and DC Comic News as speculation increased whether this “motion poster” meant a season 2.

I edited short video clips and animated tune-in drivers over the footage.
Facebook Canvas Ad
SYFY and DC Comics partnered up to create a digital comic to give fans a preview of season 2. To promote SYFY’s digital comic, we created a facebook canvas ad experience. The writers developed a script for the canvas ad, and I was responsible for the animation and music sourcing.

We highlighted press quotes in these quote cards. The imagery often involved masking and editing studio photography shots and comping them against texture imagery from the show.
